It doesn't.
The wrinkles under your eyes might be due to stretching. For example, do you stretch the skin under your eyes when you apply your eye makeup? Or have you been tugging at it to put on your contact lenses? Or perhaps when you remove your eye makeup? As our eye area is the most delicate part of our face, you should always treat it with extra care. Use mild eye makeup remover, avoid tugging the skin around your eyes.
At the same time UVA (from the sun) is what we commonly call ';aging rays'; - but I doubt sun exposure is the main reason why you're getting those fine lines since you're only 18. Makeup does not cause wrinkles. If you are not careful when you apply makeup or clean your face, that can cause the problem. You need to be very gentle and not to pull the skin.
Dry skin prone to wrinkles more then oily. Sun damage also speeds up the aging process.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is good for treating inflammation and wrinkles, vitamin C fights free radicals and rejuvenates, DMAE tightens the skin, vitamin K straightens the blood vessels and decreases the appearance of dark circles. Add any one of these actives or mix them all together for greater benefits. You will need to add only one capsule of each active to a jar of eye-cream. You'll find all you need in pharmacy.

What is the best ';Liquid Concealer/Cover Up'; Makeup?
It all depends what its to cover up but Mac do a great liquid concealer and also a body make-up if the blemish is on the body.
Failing that YSL Touche Eclat is the best concealer for dark eye circles etc.
If you are looking for something thicker, Max faxtor do a great one.

I'm going to Six Flags Hurricane Harbour this weekend with my family and relatives this weekend, and we're going to be taking a lot of pictures, and I want to look good throughout the whole day, without touching up every 10 minutes.

well, the water proof mascara and eyeliner, they stay on really well(says my mom lol).
and the eyshadow, it doesnt really come off int eh water, it just stays on, u have to rub it off if you want it off...
just dont rub ur face!!
as for the foundation, there might be waterproof foundation, but you shouldnt need it!! even if u have uneven skin tones or whatever u use it for, itll be realyl bright outside and no one can tell event eh camera!! lol

I really like marykay medium coverage, its about 12.00. Its thick but not clogging. I also swear by max factor lasting performance. The only thing with them is you might have to mix 2, because the colors are wierd. But it lasts all day and works really well in the heat and stuff.
