try a mineral foundation and a liquid concealer %26amp; if you want to a tinted moisturizer w/ spf to sheild your face from the sun so that way you won't get any spots on it

for sure, if you want a smooth, flawless complexion, use mac primer before applying foundation. Pic one that is most similar to your skin tone, %26amp; gently apply it with a sponge. Also, if you have dark circles, use a concealer with yellow undertones to conceal under eyes.
Well if you are only going for around your eyes then you will have to use a concealer, and if you mean your whole face use concealer on your eyes and any blemishes, and then use a liquid foundation all over your face. Loose powder also helps it look smooth
