Foundation & Concealer Makeup Tips?

Okay, so I've got combination skin, my cheeks are like desert dry and my t-zone is extremely oily. I use a mousse and a stick concealer, and i take care of my face when i wash it and all. But after I put on makeup, after like an hour my pores like shoot it out and its all blotchy and it gets really scaly-looking. is my skin too oily or what? i've tried liquids but they make my skin yellow because my skin is, quite literally, white (not racially speaking, i mean it is snow white.)Foundation %26amp; Concealer Makeup Tips?
Put a powder over it to set and eat extra oil on your face. For best results, buy a packed powder so that you can carry it around with you anywhere in a backpack, purse, ect...

Hmm im just like you. I have very dry cheeks and tzone is very oily. When i put makeup I use foundation primer first to make my foundation last longer. Then i put a non oil based foundation. I finally put a translucent powder to get rid of shine and oil. It gives it the 'finishing touch'. Ive been using Smashbox foundation primer, Shiseido foundation, and Physicians formula powder and its wonderful. Makeup lasts a long time for me
i would use a green tinted primer on your reder areas like

like that one in 1 green

i would also try a regular primer everywhere else like smashbox photofinish light. the light one is better for oily skin/acne prone

or mac matte creme is great

It sounds like you do have really oily skin. You should try cremes that help for oily skin. If that doesnt work try not using make up your natural beauty is much better : )
try maybelline's mineral power
