Are you supposed to put on concealer for dark circles, pimples, etc BEFORE you apply foundation? Or is it vise versa?Makeup concealer and foundation help?
Before foundation always. Then foundation comes last to finish everything off. Concealer takes care of those tricky spots first.Makeup concealer and foundation help?
put the concealer first, it will take care of the dark circles and etc. then foundation.
