It might cost a bit more than the average Loreal or Maybelline, but I've found that the best concealer that doesn't show any redness through it is Mac Studio Stick Concealer.

Depends on your own skin. Some brands that say non comedogenic may still make some people break out, while others will see no breakouts. It's all about trial and error, and can even be a simple matter of an ingredient in the concealers.

The best concealer I've ever used is by Smashbox. It covers great, but is also good for your skin because of the added vitamins in the product. Here's the concealer I'm talking about.

A trick that is great for covering up acne, is to use a green concealer. Most acne is red, the opposite color of red is green. When you apply green to the red areas, the combined color is going to make a neutral, or brown. With the right green concealer, you will be able to contrast your red marks into a natural skin tone. You will need a concealer brush to do this properly, but it will be so worth it. Just dab on your green concealer, then GENTLY go over it with a bit of foundation, with a powder to set the makeup.
