concealer is for target areas like a blemish or dark spot or dark circles under eyes, foundation is to even your skin tone.
And in case you didn't know skin is in, basically what that means is try using a little bit of foundation so that your skin is still visible under it, the natural look is what that is :o)What is the difference between a makeup foundation and a concealer?
Concealer would be used first, around the nose, chin, and/or eye area. Foundation would be put on second over the areas with concealer and the rest of the face. The powder is to be worn last as a finishing touch.
